Neighborhood Health Plan Information
for Massachusetts Residents

Despite the promise of universal health care that seems to be within our grasp, the reality of Massachusetts health care is becoming grim for many small businesses, the self employed and independent workers. Health care access is diminishing and the cost of health insurance is becoming intolerable. Most recently even new enrollments in the Massachusetts Children's Health Plan have been cut off for the remainder of 2002.

Eligibility
Any working person from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is eligible to join NASRO and participate in our group health plans with Neighborhood Health Plan.

How to Join

To join Neighborhood Health Plan through NASRO, please follow these steps:

• Download an enrollment form and complete it, including selection of a primary care physician
  
  
• Make out a check payable to NASRO for the level of benefits and type of coverage in your area
  
  
• Send your enrollment form and check it to our office at 643 Moody Street, Waltham, MA 02453.
